A refreshing pale golden blonde ale brewed with Pilsen malt, soft water and Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops. Fresh, vibrant fruity hop flavours glide across a light malt body, leading to a beautifully clean, crisp finish. Inspired by the historic tradition of ice skating on the frozen fens of East Anglia, this beer won silver in the Blonde Ale category at the 2022 Norwich Beer Festival.
