A rich and indulgent oatcream IPA from Polly's Brew Co, revisiting the Galaxy and Mosaic hop combination that helped define the brewery's earliest releases. Soft Signal takes this classic pairing to new heights with a generous oat-heavy malt bill, fresh hand-scraped vanilla and lactose, creating an exceptionally soft, fluffy mouthfeel and pronounced creamy sweetness. Galaxy hops deliver intense passion fruit and peach flavours, while Mosaic adds juicy layers of mango, guava and blueberry. At 6.4%, this luxurious IPA combines vibrant tropical hop character with a smooth, pillowy texture and dessert-like richness. Contains lactose and is not suitable for vegans.
