Brewed by Pomona Island Brew Co

A rich barrel-aged Imperial Stout matured in a five-year-old Banyuls cask, previously used for the sweet fortified wine. Deep chocolatey malt character combines with stewed red fruits, raisins and cacao for a complex, warming stout that will continue to develop with age.
