The Lager

About this beer

A crisp and contemporary dry-hopped Pilsner from London's Pressure Drop Brewing, combining the refreshing qualities of a traditional lager with the expressive character of American hops. The Lager is built around a clean and balanced malt foundation, providing a classic pilsner drinking experience while allowing its hop additions to take centre stage. Dry hopping with Columbus introduces bold citrus aromas, complemented by subtle notes of fresh lemon and resinous pine. These lively flavours add complexity without overwhelming the beer's crisp and refreshing character, creating a harmonious balance between traditional lager brewing and modern hop expression. At 4.5% ABV, The Lager offers an approachable and satisfying drinking experience with a clean, refreshing finish. Suitable for vegans, this distinctive pilsner demonstrates Pressure Drop's ability to bring contemporary craft beer influences into familiar and accessible styles.
