Brewery story

About Pressure Drop Brewing

Pressure Drop Brewing began in a garden shed in 2013 with a simple ambition: to make great beer and keep improving with every batch. What started as a passion project has grown into an award-winning independent brewery based in Tottenham Hale, North London, while remaining proudly independent and intentionally small.

Quality sits at the centre of everything Pressure Drop does. Every beer is brewed and packaged under one roof using carefully selected ingredients, with a particular focus on exceptional hops for the brewery's signature juicy, hop-forward beers. Small batch production ensures every beer is as fresh as possible, with no contract brewing and no shortcuts in the brewing process.

Beyond brewing, Pressure Drop is committed to building a sustainable and supportive workplace. In 2022 the brewery introduced a four-day working week without reducing pay, reflecting its belief that great beer starts with looking after the people who make it. The brewery continues to support Tottenham's independent community through local collaborations, charity initiatives and its welcoming brewery taproom.
