Pressure Drop BrewingCurrently unavailable online
No in-stock retailer prices are listed for this beer at the moment.
A bold and expressive West Coast IPA from London's Pressure Drop Brewing, showcasing the vibrant hop character of Citra and Galaxy in a generously flavoured modern IPA. Watch It Burn combines the bright citrus and pine qualities of Citra with the distinctive tropical passionfruit character of Galaxy, creating a complex and aromatic hop profile. Freshly squeezed orange juice, grapefruit zest and lively lemon notes introduce layers of citrus intensity, while resinous pine adds depth and a classic West Coast character. A subtle hint of caramel sweetness provides balance against the beer's assertive hop bitterness, leading into a crisp and refreshing finish. At 7.2% ABV, this substantial IPA delivers a satisfying combination of tropical fruit, citrus brightness and pronounced bitterness. Suitable for vegans, Watch It Burn celebrates the hop-forward intensity and refreshing character associated with traditional American West Coast IPAs.
