Crafted with the finest UK malted barley and matured for fourteen days on aromatic hops before a secondary fermentation with Camel Valley's sparkling wine yeast, it delivers a crisp, elegant character with fine natural carbonation, delicate floral hop notes and a refined, dry finish.
