Simple Things x Pilot Belgian Blonde

About this beer

A full-flavoured Belgian-style blonde ale brewed in collaboration between Simple Things Fermentations and Pilot, inspired by Pilot's iconic Blønd. Built on a deep, biscuity malt foundation, this expressive beer combines the assertive hop character of Galaxy and Mosaic with the distinctive fruity notes of Belgian-style fermentation. Familiar aromas of ripe banana and bubblegum complement the rich malt character, while vibrant hop flavours provide balance and complexity. At 5.4% ABV, this collaborative blonde ale delivers a satisfying combination of traditional Belgian yeast character, modern hopping and smooth, easy-drinking appeal.
