An Imperial Oyster Stout brewed with ten different malts, including peat-smoked, oak-smoked and three chocolate malts, alongside oysters from Loch Fyne. Fermented with two yeast strains before ageing in a 14-year-old unpeated sherry quarter cask from Caol Ila Distillery, bringing together rich chocolate, smoke, maritime character and whisky barrel depth.
