About this beer

A traditional-style Oude Lambic brewed in Surrey and matured for two years in a 600-litre vintage Cognac barrel. Tart acidity and juicy stone fruit character bring apricot, peach and ripe apple, with restrained farmhouse funk and warming Cognac notes from the barrel.
