A one-year-old barrel-aged blend of several spontaneously fermented brews inspired by the Lambic cafés of Pajottenland. Brewed with three-year-old aged Fuggle and Cascade alongside wet hops and freshly processed Cascade from the 2023 harvest, then bottle conditioned for further development.
