A spontaneously fermented and barrel-aged wild ale brewed on the first hop harvest day of 2023 with fresh Farnham White Bine hops straight from the bine. It was later double dry hopped with whole-cone Cascade and Farnham White Bine from the same harvest, exploring the character of hops across different stages of processing and maturation.
