A limited-release 6.7% Flanders-style Sour Red Ale from The Fresh Standard Brew Co, carefully blended from batches matured in oak barrels for up to 16 months. This distinctive beer combines rich, layered flavours with a delicate balance of tart acidity and sweetness, showcasing the complexity developed through extended barrel ageing. Inspired by traditional Flemish sour brewing, it offers a characterful drinking experience shaped by patience and careful blending. Just 330 bottles were produced for this exclusive 2025 release.
