A vibrant Sour IPA created in collaboration between Thornbridge Brewery and Vault City, combining Thornbridge's West Coast hop heritage with Vault City's bold, fruit-forward approach to sour beer. Brewed at Vault City, Jaisoor brings together Simcoe, Chinook and Centennial hops with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Riwaka, delivering layers of pine, bright citrus, white grape and tropical fruit. Balanced by a refreshing, gently tart finish, this 5% Sour IPA offers a distinctive fusion of classic hop character and modern sour brewing.
