A vibrant and intensely aromatic Triple Dry Hopped New England IPA created as a collaboration between Manchester's Track Brewing Co. and Berlin-based Fuerst Wiacek, celebrating the distinctive character of New Zealand's Nelson Sauvin hop. It's Been A While is a single-hop showcase, with Nelson Sauvin used throughout the brewing process before receiving three separate dry-hop additions to maximise its expressive aroma and flavour. The result is a dense, juicy and surprisingly complex IPA bursting with notes of grape skin, ripe passion fruit and crisp white wine. Beneath the bright fruit character lies a deep, earthy dankness that introduces additional depth and balances the beer's aromatic intensity. Despite its substantial hop presence, the finish is notably dry, creating a refreshing contrast to the rich, fruit-forward flavours. At 6.8% ABV, It's Been A While delivers a bold yet carefully balanced interpretation of the modern New England IPA style. This vegan-friendly collaboration highlights the shared enthusiasm of Track Brewing and Fuerst Wiacek for expressive hop varieties, innovative brewing techniques and intensely flavourful contemporary IPAs.
