Track Brewing Co is an award-winning Manchester brewery renowned for hop-forward pale ales, IPAs and lagers brewed with a focus on freshness, balance and drinkability. Inspired by adventure and community, its beers combine modern brewing techniques with carefully selected ingredients to create vibrant, expressive flavours.
Brewery story
Track Brewing Co was founded by Sam after a life-changing two-year cycling journey spanning more than 35,000 miles across 25 countries and five continents. Along the way, visits to independent breweries and taprooms—particularly across the United States—showed how beer could bring people together, creating places for conversation, inspiration and community.
Returning to the UK, Sam immersed himself in brewing before opening Track beneath a railway arch near Manchester Piccadilly Station. The small 2,000 sq ft brewery quickly built a reputation for producing fresh, hop-forward beers inspired by the spirit of exploration.
As demand grew, Track relocated in 2021 to a purpose-built 12,000 sq ft brewery and taproom on Piccadilly Trading Estate, just a short distance from its original home. The expanded site fulfilled the original vision of combining brewing and hospitality under one roof, allowing visitors to enjoy beer at its freshest while experiencing the sights, sounds and aromas of a working brewery.
Today, Track remains driven by the same philosophy that inspired its creation: crafting modern beers that encourage discovery, celebrate quality ingredients and bring people together through shared experiences.
