Two Flints Brewery

Founded by Alex Kerr, Two Flints Brewery grew from a passion for homebrewing that began in 2017 while living in Singapore. Inspired by breweries visited during his travels, Alex set out to create a brewery dedicated to modern beer styles, combining technical precision with creative recipe design.

Based beneath the railway arches in Windsor, Two Flints invested in a 20-hectolitre semi-automatic brewhouse built in the UK and designed specifically for producing hop-forward beers and clean, characterful lagers. The brewery's focus is firmly on quality, freshness and continually refining its processes to showcase the best modern ingredients and brewing techniques.

The brewery's name reflects its philosophy. Borrowing from the saying, 'It takes two flints to make a fire,' Two Flints represents the meeting of art and science—two contrasting approaches that, when brought together, produce something greater than either could achieve alone. This balance runs through every aspect of the brewery, from recipe development and fermentation to branding and presentation.

Today, Two Flints has established a reputation for vibrant pale ales, hazy IPAs, crisp lagers and carefully considered seasonal releases. While drawing inspiration from brewing cultures around the world, the brewery continues to push its own ideas forward, with the ambition of becoming one of the UK's most innovative and exciting independent breweries.
