Verdant Brewing Co

Verdant Brewing Co was founded in Cornwall in 2014 when homebrewers Adam and James joined forces with Rich to brew the hop-forward beers they loved but struggled to find locally. Inspired by the emerging New England beer scene in the United States, the trio focused on producing juicy, hazy and unfiltered beers packed with flavour and drinkability.

As demand for Verdant's beers grew, so did the brewery. What began as a small independent operation in Falmouth evolved into one of the UK's most respected modern breweries. In 2020, following a successful crowdfunding campaign, Verdant moved into a purpose-built brewery in nearby Penryn, allowing the team to expand production while maintaining its commitment to quality and freshness.

Today, Verdant is renowned for its vegan-friendly pale ales, IPAs and DIPAs, brewed with a focus on balance, hop character and drinkability. Remaining proudly independent, the brewery continues to push boundaries while staying true to its original mission: brewing the beers they love to drink. Alongside the brewery, Verdant operates several hospitality venues across Cornwall, creating welcoming spaces where people can enjoy great beer, food and community.
