Call It Easy

About this beer

A soft, juicy and exceptionally drinkable Pale Ale from Manchester's Track Brewing, showcasing the complementary character of Citra and Ella hops. Call It Easy is a 5% ABV release built around an expressive combination of tropical fruit, bright citrus and delicate floral aromas, creating a refreshing and beautifully balanced modern pale ale. Citra contributes vibrant grapefruit, mango and lime notes, bringing a lively fruit-forward character to the beer, while Ella introduces a softer floral dimension with subtle impressions of lavender and bergamot. Together, the two hop varieties create a layered aromatic profile that moves between juicy tropical flavours, zesty citrus and gently perfumed floral notes. Brewed with malted barley, oats and wheat, Call It Easy has a soft, rounded character that complements its expressive hop combination. The brewery describes the beer as particularly sinkable, reflecting its approachable strength and easy-going drinking experience. At 5% ABV, it delivers plenty of hop flavour without the intensity of a stronger IPA, making it an appealing choice for enthusiasts of contemporary, fruit-led pale ales. Vegan-friendly and packaged on 26 October 2026, Call It Easy highlights Track Brewing's ability to combine vibrant hop expression with softness, balance and refreshing drinkability.
