A soft, dank and intensely aromatic Double Dry Hopped IPA from Weekend Project, returning as a special birthday rebrew of one of the brewery's highest-rated beers from its initial release two years earlier. Let's Hike is a 5.8% ABV IPA designed to showcase the distinctive character of Citra hops through a carefully considered low-temperature dry hopping technique. The brewing approach places particular emphasis on preserving and expressing the hop's natural aromatic qualities, allowing Citra to take centre stage without unnecessary distractions. Citra Cryo leads the hopping schedule, supported by additional additions of traditional T90 hop pellets, creating a layered expression of the same celebrated variety. The resulting beer delivers a vibrant combination of citrus and tropical fruit character alongside a distinctive dank quality, all supported by a soft and approachable drinking experience. Its double dry hopped profile emphasises expressive hop aromas while maintaining the balance and drinkability expected of a modern IPA.
