A festive stout brewed with roasted cacao shells from artisan chocolate maker Bullion Chocolate, repurposing a by-product of chocolate production. Fragments of cocoa nibs add rich chocolate character, while an unctuous, velvety-smooth mouthfeel is balanced by a subtle bittersweet dark chocolate finish. Naturally bottle conditioned.
