Landbier

About this beer

A 4.6% Pale Lager from Woodshedding Brew, produced using regeneratively grown British grains. Landbier combines heritage Plumage Archer barley cultivated by David Wilson with YQ population wheat grown by Fred Price. Both grains form part of farming systems designed to improve soil health through increased crop diversity, livestock integration and reduced reliance on chemical inputs. A distinctive lager that celebrates sustainable agriculture, traditional grain varieties and the brewery's commitment to producing beer with a meaningful connection to the land.
