Dog's Window is a small-batch brewery in Bridgend, South Wales, founded in 2018 by owner and head brewer Lee Ralph. Focusing on quality and experimentation, the brewery produces a core range alongside regularly changing limited editions, with live canned beer forming the mainstay of production.
Brewery story
Dog's Window grew from owner and head brewer Lee Ralph's interest in craft beer and homebrewing. After discovering modern craft beer in 2015, Lee began homebrewing seriously in 2017 before deciding to turn the hobby into a commercial brewery, officially launching Dog's Window in April 2018.
As a small-scale brewery, Dog's Window focuses on carefully made batches using fresh ingredients and natural spring water. Alongside its core beers, the Experimental series gives Lee the opportunity to explore new recipes, ingredients and styles, with live canned beer forming the mainstay of production.
The brewery takes its name from Lee's Jack Russell, Bo, who was adopted in 2012 and became known for sitting on the lounge windowsill watching the neighbourhood. Dog's Window also sells its cans directly to the public through its brewery off licence in Bridgend.
