Kveik Black IPA

A bold and distinctive Black IPA from Suffolk's Artefact Brewing, combining rich roasted malt character with expressive American-style hop flavours. Kveik Black IPA delivers smooth roasted malt notes alongside vibrant citrus, pine and assertive bitterness, creating a satisfying contrast between dark beer richness and lively hop character. Brewed using expressive Norwegian Voss Kveik yeast fermented at 35°C, this complex beer showcases an unusual fermentation approach alongside a substantial malt bill and generous hopping. Listed at 5.8% ABV in this release, Kveik Black IPA received a Bronze Award in the Imperial IPA category at the 2022 SIBA Independent Beer Awards.
