A traditional-meets-modern Pale Ale from Welsh independent brewery Arthur's Stone Brewery, combining a varied malt bill with an expressive selection of British, German and American hops. Summit Pale is brewed with Maris Otter, German Pilsner, Light Munich, extra pale and wheat malts, creating a layered malt foundation. Admiral, Hallertau Blanc and Mosaic hops provide the beer's hop character, while a blend of US-05, Verdant IPA and Windsor yeasts contributes to its fermentation profile. At 4.1% ABV, this July 2024 release represents the brewery's experimental approach to crafting approachable pale ales.
