A distinctive Pale Ale from Welsh independent brewery Arthur's Stone Brewery, created as a farewell to the brewery's original location. Summit Extra Pale follows the recipe for Derfel, with modifications producing a lower alcohol strength and a slightly sweeter finish. Brewed with Pilsen and aromatic malts, Styrian Goldings hops, golden syrup and orange peel, it combines traditional European brewing ingredients with a distinctive citrus influence. At 5% ABV, this final release in the brewery's Summit series celebrates the people and community associated with its original home before the move to a new brewing location.
