A traditional 4% English Session Bitter from Bad Knees Brewing, created to celebrate Letcombe Bassett's first Michaelmas Fayre. Named in honour of St Michael, patron saint of the village's 12th-century church, St Michael and All Angels, Bassett Angel combines Golden Promise, Amber and Crystal malts with Caramalt and roasted barley. East Kent Goldings and First Gold hops provide a classic English hop character, while WHC Old English yeast supports its traditional ale profile. A community-inspired beer celebrating local heritage and British brewing traditions.
