Last Of The Season

About this beer

A complex wild ale inspired by green tomato chutney and made with end-of-season green tomatoes from Cinderwood. Savoury, sharp and almost citric, with umami and subtle salinity combining with bright acidity, fruity funk and a deep, complex finish.
