An experimental New England IPA from Beak Brewery, brewed in collaboration with Two Flints Brewery as part of a pair exploring how harvest timing influences hop flavour. Early showcases exclusively early-picked Freestyle Motueka hops, delivering vibrant notes of freshly squeezed lime zest, delicate floral aromas and sweet citrus juice. Intensely hazy and bursting with fresh hop character, this 6.5% vegan-friendly IPA highlights the distinctive qualities of Motueka harvested at the beginning of the picking window.
