Harvest Festbier

About this beer

A rich and malt-forward 5.6% Märzen-style Oktoberfest Lager from Leicestershire's Braybrooke Beer Co, inspired by the traditional beers historically served at Munich's Oktoberfest. Harvest Festbier celebrates the depth and complexity of malt, delivering a juicy, rounded character with inviting notes of freshly baked bread, honey and marzipan. A carefully measured addition of hops provides just enough bitterness to balance the natural malt sweetness without overwhelming its distinctive flavour. Slowly matured for 45 days, the beer develops a smooth, harmonious profile that showcases the traditional lagering process. Full-flavoured yet balanced, this autumnal lager pairs particularly well with roast pork and hearty seasonal dishes.
