Braybrooke Beer Co is a specialist lager brewery founded in 2017 on Braybrooke Farm near Market Harborough. Inspired by German brewing traditions, it produces slow-fermented lagers using German malt, hops and Bavarian lager yeast.
Brewery story
Braybrooke Beer Co was founded in 2017 by friends Luke, Nick and Cam, drawing on their experience in food and drink and a shared love of German lager.
After meeting Stephan Michel of Mahrs Bräu in Bamberg, the founders developed relationships with German malt, hop and yeast suppliers. Braybrooke focuses on traditional lager brewing, with slow fermentation and extended maturation at its farm brewery in the Leicestershire countryside.
