Radiator

About this beer

A rich and warming 7.5% Doppelbock from Braybrooke, inspired by the traditional strong lagers of Germany. Radiator undergoes a long, cool fermentation followed by almost four months of lagering, developing an exceptionally smooth and rounded character. Deep dark brown in appearance, it delivers gentle notes of caramel and dark chocolate alongside toasted bread and dark fruit flavours. As a Doppelbock, it offers a fuller-bodied and stronger interpretation of the classic German Bock style, combining substantial malt richness with the refinement of extended cold maturation. Its comforting depth and smooth finish make it an excellent accompaniment to rich desserts, particularly sticky toffee pudding.
