A traditional Kellerbier inspired by Bamberg, brewed with German malt, Tettnang hops and Bavarian lager yeast. Decoction mashed, slowly fermented and lagered for at least 30 days for a full-bodied, complex and refined lager with a smooth mouthfeel and natural carbonation.
