Dog K

A rich and luxurious barrel-aged Imperial Stout from BrewDog, released as part of the brewery's annual Dog series. Dog K showcases the deep, roasted character of dark barley, creating a powerful malt foundation for this 11% stout. Matured in maple syrup-infused barrels previously used to age Heaven Hill Bourbon, the beer develops a complex combination of roasted malt richness, maple sweetness and bourbon barrel influence. Simcoe hops introduce a distinctive piney character and subtle citrus zest, providing contrast to the stout's indulgent depth.
