Big Wow is a collaboration with Sureshot Brewing, paying tribute to the hop-forward pale ales of 1990s California. Cascade and Comet hops deliver bright grapefruit, citrus and subtle dank character over a lightly caramelised crystal malt backbone, finishing crisp and satisfyingly bitter.
