The brewery's very first beer, The Schil showcases a classic copper colour and a complex malt profile built from Maris Otter, Golden Promise and dark crystal malts. Floral hop aromas from Cascade and Fusion complement generous roasted malt flavours, creating a smooth, satisfying and well-balanced 6% English bitter.
