A barrel-aged, mixed-fermentation wild IPA brewed in collaboration with Gorilla Brewing Korea. Fermented in barrels using Korean Nuruk, a traditional fermentation starter, to create a distinctive and vibrant flavour profile. Bright lemon sherbet, zesty grapefruit and herbal hop notes combine with gentle carbonation and a subtle background funk. An expressive, complex beer balancing lively citrus flavours with the depth of mixed fermentation.
