PB&J Sour

About this beer

A distinctive 4.4% Raspberry and Peanut Butter Sour from Great Beyond Brewing, inspired by the familiar combination of peanut butter and jelly. Lactic fermentation creates a lively tartness, while generous additions of whole raspberries deliver vibrant fruit flavour, deep red colour and a striking pinkish foam. Natural peanut butter flavour rounds out the sharp fruit character with a smooth, nutty finish. A playful and expressive gluten-free sour beer balancing bright raspberry acidity with comforting nutty sweetness.
