The Raspberry Incident

About this beer

A vibrant 4.5% Raspberry Sour from Great Beyond Brewing, created through mixed fermentation and generous additions of whole raspberries. The brewery adds an impressive 300 grams of real raspberries per litre, producing an intensely fruit-forward beer with a deep red appearance and distinctive pinkish foam. Bright acidity balances the expressive raspberry character, leading to a refreshing, tart finish. A colourful and characterful gluten-free sour beer that places real fruit at the centre of the drinking experience.
