BA Wrath of the Tyrant II

A complex red wine barrel-aged imperial stout brewed in collaboration with Turning Point Brew Co. Made with nine malts and fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast, the beer was aged for two years in a single red wine barrel with Holy Goat's Flanders Red mixed culture. Deep layers of chocolate, cherry, red wine and oak are complemented by a subtle balsamic acidity, creating a rich and distinctive mixed-fermentation stout.
