A robust mixed-fermentation red ale blending spontaneously fermented beers from two red Bordeaux barrels. Crystal and roasted malts with dark brown cane sugar create a rich base, while whole-leaf Barbe Rouge dry hopping complements red berry, earthy and spicy aromas before a juicy acidic fruit and dry cocoa finish.
