A spontaneously fermented take on a Flanders red-brown ale, blending two- and three-year-old beers fermented and matured in old White Burgundy barrels. Rich crystal malt character is balanced by lactic and acetic acidity, with twelve-year-old Citra used in the boil contributing little hop character or bitterness.
