Occasional Irregularity

A whisky and bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Dessert Stout refermented on Scottish strawberries with toasted coconut, Amburana wood and Tahitian vanilla pods. Tart fermented strawberry gives a cheesecake-like character, complemented by toasted coconut, vanilla and the cinnamon-like spice of Amburana.
