Brewery story
Datum Attitude Brewing Co was founded in 2021 by Sam and Amy Morris, combining their passion for craft beer with Sam's background in aviation and the Royal Air Force.
A self-taught brewer with more than a decade of brewing experience, Sam established the brewery with a focus on flavourful, small-batch beers using high-quality ingredients and modern techniques.
Based in Maldon, Essex, Datum Attitude produces a range of unfiltered and naturally vegan-friendly beers, with aviation providing much of the inspiration behind its identity and beer names.
The brewery has since expanded its visitor offering with an onsite taproom and kitchen, serving its beers alongside freshly prepared food, as well as hosting events, brewery tours and tasting experiences.
