Wilderness Brewery

Wilderness Brewery was founded by James in Mid Wales in 2017 as a family-run brewery focused on producing seasonal beers shaped by time, nature and fermentation.

The brewery specialises in Belgian-inspired farmhouse ales, mixed fermentation beers and barrel-aged releases, with no permanent core range. Each beer reflects the seasons, available ingredients and ongoing experimentation.

Brewing, packaging and conditioning all take place in-house, with beers matured in bottles or cans. Wilderness also produces co-fermented beers using fresh fruit and other natural ingredients, embracing slow processes and wild fermentation to create distinctive, vegan-friendly beers.
