About this beer

A luxurious 12% Barrel-Aged Tiramisu Imperial Stout brewed by Amity Brew Co in collaboration with Emperor's Brewery. Originally created in October 2025, Twelve Parsecs combines a complex nine-grain malt bill with muscovado sugar, lactose, Brazilian coffee beans and cacao nibs. After twelve months ageing in Bushmills whiskey barrels, the beer develops additional layers of oak, vanilla and warming whiskey character. Finished with more coffee and vanilla, this thick, viscous stout delivers rich caramel, chocolate and espresso flavours with a lingering tiramisu-inspired finish. A limited 2026 release produced from just two barrels.
