An intensely rich and decadent Imperial Stout from Hull's Atom Beers, created to showcase the luxurious combination of dark chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and sea salt. Hypernova delivers an indulgent drinking experience built around huge dark chocolate flavours and deep, bittersweet cocoa character. Generous additions of cacao nibs contribute layers of roasted chocolate richness, while Madagascan vanilla pods introduce a smooth, rounded sweetness that complements the beer's powerful malt profile. A carefully measured addition of sea salt enhances the chocolate flavours, bringing greater depth and balance to the combination of sweetness and roasted bitterness. The substantial grain bill incorporates barley, oats and wheat, helping to create a dense, velvety body and a rich, satisfying mouthfeel. As the flavours develop, the interplay between dark chocolate, soft vanilla and subtle salinity leads into a long, warming bittersweet finish.
