Generous additions of Zappa, Chinook, Cascade, Cashmere and Columbus deliver dank, piney and resinous flavours, complemented by grassy complexity, tropical notes and pronounced bitterness. Fermented with Jasper yeast, a strain with ancestry tracing back to McEwan's, this 5% ABV IPA brings together Scottish brewing heritage and expressive modern hopping.
