An experimental variation of Barney's Beer's flagship Volcano IPA, showcasing two of the brewing world's most distinctive hop varieties. This special edition combines Sabro and Sorachi Ace, celebrated for their intense floral, lemongrass and coconut characteristics. Whole-leaf Sorachi Ace and Sabro are added during the hot-side brewing process, followed by additional Sabro dry hopping to amplify their expressive flavours. Supported by a malt bill featuring pale barley, caramel and crystal malts, this 5% ABV vegan IPA offers an unconventional and aromatic twist on the original Volcano recipe.
