A single-barrel mixed fermentation golden beer brewed with caramelised barley malt and aged hops, then paired with Indonesian coffee from the Aceh region of North Sumatra. The anaerobic honey-process coffee was locally roasted by Noni's Coffee Roasters and selected to complement the character of the matured beer.
